PRICES
Prices for Compass Transfer  are quoted in EURO inclusive of taxes and are correct at time of publication.
BOOKING POLICY
ON LINE BOOKINGS: All your requests for Compass Transfer services through our online website, can be addressed directly to our general email address: info@compass-transfer.gr.
PAYMENT POLICY
Accepted Payment Methods: major credit cards, deposit via PayPal, direct bank deposit and electronic bank transfer. If you wish to make a direct bank deposit or an electronic bank transfer, please request our bank account info via e-mail.
The full balance is paid either via PayPal, credit card, electronic bank transfer or via direct bank deposit  when the service is completed.
With the acceptance of the above,  you agree with payment policy as described. 

Deposit
All Transfer Services organized and provided by Compass Transfer are subject to Safety Deposit which is equal to 30 per cent of the total cost of the service and will be paid via PayPal, during the final step of booking proccess.

DISCLAIMER
Compass Transfer claims no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness or schedule change due to weather, strike or any other cause beyond Compass Transfer control. We will make every effort to safeguard our guests and their personal property, but cannot be held responsible for personal events beyond our control. Compass Transfer acts in good faith, and cannot be held responsible for any other person’s or company’s acts, defaults or delays.
All information in the website is subject to change. Compass Transfer reserves the right to alter/change/correct mistakes that may possibly appear in the website.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Compass Transfer offers full and partial refunds according to the date guests cancel the Vacation packages chosen, as below:
 More than 8 weeks prior arrival: full refund
 Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival: 75% refund
 Up to 4 weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund
 Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival: 25% refund
 Less than 1 week prior to arrival: no refund
Refunds are paid within 14 working days the request is made.

REBOOKING POLICY
In case you need to change the booking dates or increase the number of participants, you must send us a request by e-mail at least 10 days before original scheduled arrival. Compass Transfer will try to support with a new booking – upon availability at that time.
All requests for date changes to a booking must be made by e-mail from the person who submitted the booking originally.
